CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING WATER RESISTANCE LAYER AND STONE MASTIC ASPHALT
The present invention relates to a construction method to form a waterproofing layer on a sub base, a base or a bridge surface of a general asphalt pavement layer, and pave stone mastic asphalt on the waterproof layer. According to the present invention, a modification mixture and a filling mixture are added to the waterproof layer, so waterproof function together with organic combination between an upper and a lower layer of the waterproof layer is improved in comparison with a general tack coat or prime coat. Since stone mastic asphalt using the same modification and filling mixture as that of the waterproof layer is formed on the upper part of the waterproof layer, and at the same time, interlocking of aggregates of stone mastic asphalt mixture is used, durability of pavement is increased. Moreover, porous aggregates are paved on the upper part of the stone mastic asphalt; freeze-thaw resistance is improved.
본 발명은 일반적인 아스팔트 포장층의 보조기층 및 기층 또는 교면에 방수층을 형성하고 그 위에 스톤 매스틱 아스팔트를 포설하는 것으로 방수층에 개질혼합재와 채움혼합재를 첨가하여 방수층 상부 및 하부층의 유기적인 결합과 함께 일반적인 택코트나 프라임코트보다 방수 기능을 개선하고, 방수층과 동일한 개질혼합재와 채움혼합재를 사용한 스톤 매스틱 아스팔트를 방수층의 상부에 형성하여 방수층과의 결합력을 향상시킴과 동시에 스톤 매스틱 아스팔트 혼합물의 골재의 인터락킹을 이용하여 포장의 내구성을 증진시키는 포장 구조에 관한 것이다. 또한 스톤 매스틱 아스팔트의 상부에는 다공성 골재를 포설하여 동결융해 저항성을 향상시키기 위한 것이다.
