Intelligent 3D pavement disease detection system and method based on laser radar and vision fusion
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement disease detection, and discloses an intelligent 3D pavement disease detection system based on laser radar and vision fusion, and the system comprises a hardware system which is a top laser radar fixed at the top end of a vehicle; the camera is fixed at the top end of the vehicle and used for shooting road videos; the transverse and vertical guide rails are mounted on the vehicle chassis and used for controlling the position of the bottom laser radar; and the bottom laser radar is arranged on the transverse and vertical guide rails and is used for sampling pavement diseases when reaching a proper position. According to the invention, after the occurrence of the pavement disease is analyzed through vision, one laser radar is matched to judge the position of the disease, and the proper position of the other laser radar is obtained according to the vehicle speed, so that when the vehicle bottom passes through the disease, the laser radar can measure the crack depth at a reasonable angle; according to the invention, pavement disease detection is realized in a 3D mode, and the strength of the pavement disease can be accurately obtained.
本发明涉及路面病害检测技术领域,公开了一种基于激光雷达与视觉融合的智能3D路面病害检测系统,包括:硬件系统:顶激光雷达,固定于车辆顶端;摄像头,固定于车辆顶端,用于拍摄路面视频;横竖导轨,安装于车辆底盘,用于控制底激光雷达的位置;底激光雷达,设置于横竖导轨上,到达合适位置时对路面病害进行采样。本发明通过视觉分析路面病害发生以后,配合一个激光雷达判断病害位置,并根据车速得出另一个激光雷达的合适位置,使车底经过该病害时,使该激光雷达可以以合理角度去测量裂缝深度,相较于现有技术,本发明以3D的方式实现路面病害的检测,可以准确获取路面病害的强度。
