Swivel bridge provided with stiff skeleton cast-in-place section and rapid construction method
The invention discloses a swivel bridge provided with stiff framework cast-in-place sections and a rapid construction method. The swivel bridge structurally comprises a main pier and a transition pier. A main beam is arranged at the top of the main pier, and a plurality of stiff frameworks are arranged in the range of a post-pouring section of a side span of the main beam and used as a bearing structure during pouring of the post-pouring section and a part of a permanent structure to participate in bridge forming and operation stage stress. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) constructing a lower structure and a swivel section beam body; and 2) rotating in place, and constructing to form the bridge. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the side fulcrum support can be conveniently installed before the post-pouring section is constructed like a conventional swivel bridge provided with a support post-pouring, and the internal force of a finished bridge can be relatively reasonable without forced displacement; the rapid construction method is suitable for swivel method construction bridges in various forms such as continuous beams, continuous rigid frames, T-shaped rigid frames and cable-stayed bridges. The method is not limited to a side span post-pouring section, and can also be popularized to a side-mid span closure section.
本发明公开了一种设置劲性骨架现浇段的转体桥梁及快速化施工方法,结构包括主墩和过渡墩;主墩顶部设有主梁,主梁边跨后浇段范围设置若干片劲性骨架,用以作为后浇段浇筑时的承力结构,并作为永久结构的一部分,参与成桥及运营阶段受力。施工方法包括:1)施工下部结构、转体段梁体;2)转体就位、施工成桥。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:可与常规设置支架后浇的转体桥梁一样,在后浇段施工之前方便地安装边支点支座,无需通过设强迫位移即可使得成桥内力相对合理;其快速化施工方法,适用于连续梁、连续刚构、T型刚构及斜拉桥等各类形式的转体法施工桥梁。不局限于边跨后浇段、亦可推广至边中跨合龙段。
