The invention discloses a mud-entering type underwater data center which comprises a pile foundation, the bottom of the pile foundation is positioned below a water body mud surface, the top of the pile foundation is positioned below the water surface, a cavity is formed in the pile foundation, and part of the cavity is positioned below the water body mud surface; the data cabin is of a closed cabin structure, the bottom of the data cabin is located in a cavity below the water mud surface, and the top of the data cabin extends out of the pile foundation; and the ballast assembly is arranged at the bottom of the data cabin and used for lowering the gravity center of the data cabin. According to the method, the single hollow pile foundation is driven and positioned in the mud surface, the mud in the pile foundation is sucked, then the mud cavity located below the mud surface on the periphery of the pile foundation is formed, and then the data cabin with the ballast assembly is positioned in the pile foundation, so that the ballast assembly is located below the mud surface; therefore, the gravity center of the data center is moved to the position below the mud surface, the stability of the data cabin in the pile foundation is enhanced, and the problem that the data cabin topples over due to insufficient soil strength is not prone to occurring.
