The invention discloses an intelligent carbon system based on urban water treatment, which comprises a water supply intelligent carbon subsystem, an urban water supply system comprises a raw water system, a water supply system and a water consumption system, and corresponding carbon reduction measures are taken according to a whole-process carbon emission path of the water supply system from water production to water consumption; the sewage intelligent carbon subsystem is divided into a sewage collection system, a sewage treatment system and a reclaimed water and resource recycling system according to the circulating process of the urban sewage system, and corresponding carbon reduction measures are provided according to different stages of each system; the urban rainwater system comprises a rainwater pipe network system and a low-impact development rainwater system. The invention provides an intelligent carbon system for urban water treatment, which integrates raw water, transportation and distribution, sewage treatment and the like, and provides a plurality of energy-saving implementation paths with high feasibility on the basis of a carbon neutralization concept, so as to optimize urban water system planning, improve ecological benefits of water system operation and effectively promote construction of low-carbon cities.
