The invention relates to an urban road intelligent water drainage system, which is applied to road pavements and sewer wells. The urban road intelligent water drainage system has the advantages that the opening and closing degree of the drainage well cover can be controlled according to the water accumulation depth on the road pavement, so as to quickly drain water; the water flowing amount of the drainage well cover can be controlled according to the amount of rainwater on the road pavement, so as to effectively drain the rainwater into the water drainage system, reduce the water accumulation on the road pavement, and guarantee the driving comfortability and the safety of pedestrians under the weathers of sunshine or light rain; by arranging the system under the road pavement, the easiness in man-made destruction is avoided.
