Concrete column and steel column uniform-section conversion structure system and construction method thereof
The concrete column and steel column uniform-section conversion structural system comprises a structural column and a structural beam, the structural column is a uniform-section composite column, and the uniform-section composite column comprises a non-joint area reinforced concrete column, a joint area conversion column and a non-joint area steel column. The joint area conversion column is composed of a joint area reinforced concrete column and a joint area steel concrete mixed column. Segmented design is adopted, uniform-section transition of column bodies of the bottom concrete column and the top steel column is achieved through the mixed column in the joint area, when the mixed column in the joint area is constructed, the steel column positioning plate frame pre-buried in the bottom concrete column is matched with the column foot plate connected with the top steel column, and the column foot plate and the steel column positioning plate frame are anchored; and the prefabricated part and the cast-in-place part are ingeniously connected. According to the invention, the connection of the steel column and the concrete column is improved from section expansion anchoring at a foundation position to uniform section conversion on a column structure, so that the structural size of the concrete column is greatly reduced, the building space requirement is met, and a more abundant space is provided.
一种混凝土柱与钢柱等截面转换结构体系及其施工方法,包括结构柱和结构梁,结构柱为等截面复合柱,等截面复合柱包括非节点区钢筋混凝土柱、节点区转换柱和非节点区钢柱,节点区转换柱由节点区钢筋混凝土柱和节点区钢混凝土混合柱组成。本发明分段设计,底部混凝土柱与顶部钢柱通过节点区的混合柱实现柱体的等截面过度,节点区混合柱施工时,采用在底部混凝土柱内预埋的钢柱定位板架配合与顶部钢柱连接的柱脚板,将柱脚板与钢柱定位板架锚固,实现预制部分与现浇部分的巧妙连接。本发明将钢柱与混凝土柱的连接由基础位置截面扩大锚固改进为在柱结构上的等截面转换,大大减少了混凝土柱的结构尺寸,满足了建筑空间要求,提供了较为富裕的空间。
