The invention relates to the field of roof environment protection and energy conservation, in particular to a roof system based on an environment-friendly and energy-saving building. The technical problems that after an existing heat insulation plate is subjected to cement joint filling, a single damaged heat insulation plate is difficult to maintain and replace, and water vapor between a roof and the heat insulation plate is difficult to volatilize into air, so that the bottom of the heat insulation plate is severely affected with damp; under the condition that the heat insulation plates are not filled, rainwater is difficult to volatilize to cause long-term water accumulation on the surface of the roof. According to the technical scheme, the roof system based on the environment-friendly and energy-saving building comprises supports, clamping plates and the like; a plurality of supports are arranged; and a clamping plate is connected between every two adjacent supports. The protection plate replaces a heat insulation plate when a worker lifts the heat insulation plate, the arched protection plate is more stable when being stressed, the worker is prevented from missing the step and being hurt, the worker unloads the heat insulation plate from the clamping plate and clamps a new heat insulation plate into the clamping plate to be placed on the supporting device again, and maintenance work can be completed without detaching the adjacent heat insulation plate.
