The invention relates to a floor paint coating device which comprises a blade coating mechanism used for blade coating of paint; the movement nozzle mechanism moves along with the movement of the movement nozzle mechanism, so that the position where the paint is sprayed to the ground is changed, and the position changing direction is not the same as the blade coating direction of the blade coating mechanism; the control driving mechanism is connected with the moving nozzle mechanism and used for driving the moving nozzle mechanism to move; and the feeding mechanism is communicated with the moving nozzle mechanism, and the coating enters from the feeding mechanism and is sprayed out from the moving nozzle mechanism. The movable nozzle mechanism can be driven by the control driving mechanism to move in the form of driving or rotating and the like, and does not change along the blade coating direction of the blade coating mechanism, so that the coating cannot be accumulated at one position, and the blade coating mechanism can bear a larger coating area during blade coating. Compared with the prior art, the floor paint coating device and the floor paint coating robot disclosed by the invention have the advantage that the coating quality of floor paint is improved.
