Concrete 3D printing strip path-oriented real-time measurement and control system and method
The invention relates to a real-time measurement and control system and method for a concrete 3D printing strip path. An existing path design method lacks a real-time feedback mechanism, cannot adjust printing paths and parameters in time in the printing process, and is difficult to cope with real-time changes and adjustment. The system comprises a strip image acquisition unit which moves synchronously with a nozzle and is used for acquiring an image of a strip structure formed in the concrete 3D printing process; the image processing and analyzing unit is used for receiving the image acquired by the strip image acquisition unit and processing and analyzing the image to obtain strip width information; and the signal control unit is used for receiving the strip width information output by the image processing and analyzing unit and adjusting motion parameters of the pumping equipment and the motion equipment according to the strip width information so as to control the strip width in real time. According to the invention, real-time, comprehensive and accurate measurement and control of the width of the concrete 3D printing strip can be realized, and the concrete 3D printing quality and performance are improved.
本发明涉及一种面向混凝土3D打印条带路径实时测控系统及方法。现有路径设计方法缺乏实时反馈机制,无法在打印过程中及时调整打印路径和参数,难以应对实时变化和调整。本系统包括:条带图像采集单元,与喷嘴同步运动,用于采集混凝土3D打印过程中形成的条带状结构的图像;图像处理分析单元,用于接收条带图像采集单元采集的图像,并对图像进行处理和分析,得到条带宽度信息;信号控制单元,用于接收图像处理分析单元输出的条带宽度信息,并根据条带宽度信息对泵送设备和运动设备的运动参数进行调节,以实时控制条带宽度。本发明能够实现混凝土3D打印条带宽度的实时、全面、精确地测量和控制,提高了混凝土3D打印质量和性能。
