The invention belongs to the field of underground engineering, relates to construction of an underground diaphragm wall, and discloses a lateral displacement method for a reinforcement cage below an obstacle pipe gallery, which is used for underground diaphragm wall construction and comprises the following steps: arranging a translation steel wire rope on a first reinforcement cage; placing a guide rope; hoisting a first reinforcement cage; translating the first reinforcement cage; a translation steel wire rope is arranged on the second reinforcement cage; hoisting a second reinforcement cage; translating the second reinforcement cage. The upper end and the lower end of the three-section type reinforcement cage are jointly pulled by arranging the guide rope, and the overall transverse position of the three-section type reinforcement section is translated. The guide rope penetrates through the lower portion of the obstacle pipe gallery by arranging the floating ball, the applied floating ball can be a common balloon, and material obtaining is convenient. The problem that in the prior art, a three-section type reinforcement cage with the middle section made of glass fibers is difficult to laterally move to enter the obstacle pipe gallery below the obstacle pipe gallery is easily solved, implementation is easy, and cost is low.
