The self-sensing cement-based composite material is prepared from the following raw materials per cubic meter: 480 to 481 kg of cement, 684 to 685 kg of fly ash, 36 kg of silica fume, 0 to 9 kg of carbon black, 0 to 19.25 kg of carbon fiber, 9.2 kg of polypropylene fiber, 432 kg of machine-made sand, 360 to 384 kg of water and 14.4 to 18.6 kg of a water reducing agent. The contents of the carbon black and the carbon fiber are not 0. The self-sensing cement-based composite material provided by the invention is high in integrity, is not easy to crack, has excellent toughness and durability, can be widely applied to the field of road and bridge anti-collision walls, and can be used for monitoring the overall health condition of a bridge by taking the anti-collision wall as an overall sensor so as to ensure the structural safety; the method has positive significance in promoting high-quality development of the building industry.
本发明涉及一种自感知水泥基复合材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及混凝土技术领域。本发明的自感知水泥基复合材料每立方米包括如下配比的原料:480‑481kg水泥、684‑685kg粉煤灰、36kg硅灰、0~9kg炭黑、0~19.25kg碳纤维、9.2kg聚丙烯纤维、432kg机制砂、360‑384kg水、14.4~18.6kg减水剂;且炭黑和碳纤维含量不为0。本发明提供的自感知水泥基复合材料整体性强,不易出现裂缝,同时具有优异的韧性和耐久性,能够被广泛地应用于道桥防撞墙领域,可以通过防撞墙作为整体传感器对桥梁整体健康状况进行监测,以保证结构安全,具有促进建筑行业高质量发展的积极意义。
