Conductive cement-based composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a conductive cement-based composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The conductive cement-based composite material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a cementing material; 150 to 450 parts of fine aggregate; 0.1 to 2 parts of conductive hydrogel dry powder; and 0.5 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method of the conductive cement-based composite material comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing conductive hydrogel dry powder and a cementing material to prepare a mixture, and dissolving a water reducing agent in water to prepare a water reducing agent solution; and 2) adding the water reducing agent solution into the mixture, uniformly mixing, adding the fine aggregate, uniformly mixing, injecting into a mold, molding, demolding, and curing to obtain the conductive cement-based composite material. The conductive cement-based composite material disclosed by the invention has excellent conductivity and excellent mechanical properties, and the preparation method is simple, low in production cost and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种导电水泥基复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的导电水泥基复合材料包括以下质量份的组分:胶凝材料:100份;细骨料:150份~450份;导电水凝胶干粉:0.1份~2份;减水剂:0.5份~5份。本发明的导电水泥基复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将导电水凝胶干粉和胶凝材料混匀制成混合料,并将减水剂溶于水制成减水剂溶液;2)将减水剂溶液加入混合料中混匀,再加入细骨料后混匀,再注入模具进行成型,再脱模后进行养护,即得导电水泥基复合材料。本发明的导电水泥基复合材料兼具优异的导电性能和优异的力学性能,且其制备方法简单、生产成本低,适合进行大规模推广应用。
