The invention discloses a multi-solid-waste cementing material optimized by high-dispersion silicon dioxide and a preparation method of the multi-solid-waste cementing material, and relates to the field of building materials, and the high-strength solid-waste cementing material is prepared through the synergistic strengthening effect of various bulk solid wastes and the optimization of the early age of the high-dispersion silicon dioxide. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of slag, 5-15 parts of steel slag, 5 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of gypsum, 5-15 parts of Portland cement and 0.5-5 parts of high-dispersion silicon dioxide. The invention aims at preparing the multi-solid-waste cementing material which is low in price, stable in performance and excellent in mechanical strength while improving the early mechanical property of the solid-waste cementing material, safely absorbing a large amount of industrial solid wastes, reducing solid waste stockpiling and saving land by utilizing the reaction activity, crystal nucleus action and filling effect of the high-dispersion silicon dioxide. A large amount of industrial solid waste can be fully utilized, and carbon emission in preparation of the cementing material can be reduced; and green, low-carbon and safe development of the cementing material is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种以高分散二氧化硅优化的多固废胶凝材料及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料领域,通过多种大宗固废的协同强化作用和高分散二氧化硅早龄期的优化,制备高强固废胶凝材料,包括以下重量份的原料:矿渣60‑70份、钢渣5‑15份、粉煤灰5份、石膏5‑15份、硅酸盐水泥5‑15份、高分散二氧化硅0.5‑5份。本发明旨在利用高分散二氧化硅反应活性、晶核作用和填充效应,提升固废胶凝材料早起力学性能,大量安全消纳大宗工业固废,减少固废堆存、节约土地的同时,制备出价格低廉、性能稳定、力学强度优良的多固废胶凝材料,既能充分利用大宗工业固废、又可以降低胶凝材料制备的碳排放;有利于胶凝材料绿色、低碳、安全发展。
