The invention discloses a ceramic-based wave-transmitting material component and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: ball-milling a homogeneous ceramic material and purified water by adopting a ball mill to obtain ceramic slurry; transferring the obtained ceramic slurry into a homogenizing tank, and homogenizing; injecting the fully homogenized ceramic slurry into a mold for molding by adopting a gel casting process, and performing in-situ ultrasonic treatment in the molding process to obtain a ceramic-based wave-transmitting material component blank; and carrying out high-temperature sintering and machining on the ceramic-based wave-transmitting material component blank to obtain the ceramic-based wave-transmitting material component. According to the method, the material performance consistency of the green body is improved by adopting in-situ ultrasound in the gel casting process, so that the mechanical, thermal and dielectric properties of the prepared ceramic-based wave-transmitting material component are improved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷基透波材料构件及其制备方法,涉及复合材料技术领域。本发明将均质陶瓷材料和纯净水采用球磨机进行球磨,得到陶瓷浆料;将得到的陶瓷浆料移入均化罐,进行均化;采用注凝成型工艺,将均化充分的陶瓷浆料注入模具中进行成型,成型过程中进行原位超声,得到陶瓷基透波材料构件坯体;将陶瓷基透波材料构件坯体进行高温烧结,机加后,得到陶瓷基透波材料构件。本发明采用注凝成型过程中的原位超声提高坯体的材料性能一致性,从而提高所制备陶瓷基透波材料构件的力学、热学性能和介电性能。
