The invention discloses a wave-transparent ceramic precursor and a preparation method thereof, the wave-transparent ceramic precursor comprises Si, Al, O and B, and the molar ratio of Si to Al to B is(2-6):(1-6):1; the wave-transparent ceramic and the wave-transparent ceramic fiber are formed by sintering the wave-transparent ceramic precursor; the invention further discloses a preparation deviceof the wave-transparent ceramic fiber. The preparation device of the wave-transparent ceramic fiber comprises an extruder, a jet flow spray pipe and a sintering device. According to the wave-transparent ceramic precursor provided by the invention, macromolecular Si-Al-O-B inorganic colloid with a stable structure can be obtained at a relatively low temperature (100 DEG C or below), and the wave-transparent ceramic precursor has excellent spinnability; the wave-transmitting ceramic provided by the invention has excellent performance, and is a high-temperature-resistant wave-transmitting ceramic material capable of obtaining high ceramic yield within 1000 DEG C.
