The invention discloses a polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer, a phosphoric acid polymer obtained from the polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer and application of the polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer as a concrete water reducing agent. The polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer is obtained by reacting an alkenyl-terminated primary amine compound with phosphorous acid and formaldehyde, and the alkenyl-terminated primary amine compound is obtained by reacting an alkenyl-terminated compound obtained by reacting olefin-terminated primary alcohol with epoxy chloropropane with polybasic primary amine; and reacting the polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer with an unsaturated polyether monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof to obtain a phosphoric acid polymer, wherein the phosphoric acid polymer is applied as a concrete water reducing agent. The polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of stable structure, high polymerization activity and the like, and a phosphate water reducer prepared from the polymerizable alkenyl-terminated phosphoric acid monomer is stable in chemical property, has relatively high water reducing performance and slump retentivity under different construction conditions, and has good adaptability to different aggregates; the preparation process is simple to operate, few in side reaction, mild in reaction and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种可聚合端烯基磷酸单体、由其得到的磷酸基聚合物及其作为混凝土减水剂的应用。该可聚合端烯基磷酸单体是由端烯基伯胺化合物与亚磷酸、甲醛反应得到,所述端烯基伯胺化合物由端烯烃伯醇与环氧氯丙烷反应得到的端烯基化合物与多元伯胺反应得到;之后采用上述可聚合端烯基磷酸单体与不饱和聚醚单体、不饱和羧酸或其衍生物反应得到磷酸基聚合物,该磷酸基聚合物作为混凝土减水剂应用。本发明所述可聚合端烯基磷酸单体具有结构稳定、聚合活性高等特点,使用该单制备的磷酸基减水剂化学性质稳定,在不同施工条件下具有较高的减水性能和坍落度保持性,并对不同骨料具有很好的适应性;该制备工艺操作简单、副反应少、反应温和且成本低廉。
