Crosslinked waterproof polycarboxylic acid emulsion as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a crosslinked waterproof polycarboxylic acid emulsion, which comprises the following steps: dispersing an unsaturated polyether monomer in water, adding an initiator, and uniformly mixing; then introducing a hydrophobic functional monomer, unsaturated ester and organic silicon hydrolysate under heating and stirring conditions, and reacting to obtain a polycarboxylate superplasticizer component containing an organic silicon group; adding a triangular star-shaped organic cross-linking agent to react to obtain a triangular star-shaped cross-linked polycarboxylate superplasticizer component; adding an acrylate-based hydrophobic assistant emulsion, and carrying out a stirring reaction; and finally, adding an organic neutralizer, a coalescing agent, a suspending agent and an air entraining agent, and stirring to obtain the crosslinked waterproof polycarboxylic acid emulsion. The cross-linked waterproof polycarboxylic acid emulsion disclosed by the invention can directly exert a better water reducing characteristic in a cement and concrete stirring process, can form a compact waterproof film inside concrete, effectively improves the waterproof characteristic from the inside of the concrete, can take good mechanical properties, waterproof performance, durability and the like into account, and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种交联防水型聚羧酸乳液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将不饱和聚醚单体分散在水中,加入引发剂混合均匀;然后在加热搅拌条件下,引入疏水功能单体及不饱和酯、有机硅水解液,反应得含机硅基团的聚羧酸减水剂组分;加入三角星型有机交联剂反应得三角星型交联型聚羧酸减水剂组分;加入丙烯酸酯基疏水助剂乳液进行搅拌反应;最后加入有机中和剂、成膜助剂、悬浮剂、引气剂,进行搅拌处理,即得所述交联防水型聚羧酸乳液。本发明所述交联防水型聚羧酸乳液可直接在水泥及混凝土搅拌过程中发挥较好的减水特性,并可在混凝土内部形成致密防水膜,从混凝土内部有效提高防水特性,可兼顾良好的力学性能、防水性能和耐久性能等,适合推广应用。
