The invention relates to the technical field of additives for cement concrete, in particular to a polycarboxylic acid additive and a preparation method and application thereof.The polycarboxylic acid additive is prepared from a polymeric base material, a material A and a material B. The polymeric base material comprises a macromonomer, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, part of a first comonomer and water, the material A comprises an initiator, a molecular weight regulator and water, and the material B comprises residual first comonomer, second comonomer and water; the first comonomer comprises any one or two of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid; the second comonomer is a mixture of hydroxypropyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate. The polycarboxylic acid admixture integrates the functions of water reduction, delayed coagulation and air entraining, is very high in water-reducing rate, high in compressive strength ratio, proper in air content, good in workability maintaining effect of a roller compacted concrete mixture, good in delayed coagulation effect, reasonable in initial and final setting time distribution and convenient to construct, and solves the problems faced by roller compacted concrete at present.
本发明涉及水泥混凝土用外加剂技术领域，尤其是涉及一种聚羧酸外加剂及其制备方法和应用，由聚合底料、A料和B料通过自由基共聚的方式制成，聚合底料包括大单体、2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、部分第一共聚单体和水，A料包括引发剂、分子量调节剂和水，B料包括剩余第一共聚单体、第二共聚单体和水；第一共聚单体包括丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸中的任意一种或两种；第二共聚单体为丙烯酸羟丙酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯的混合物。该聚羧酸外加剂集减水、缓凝、引气功能于一体，减水率很高，抗压强度比高，含气量适当，碾压混凝土拌合物的工作度保持效果好，缓凝效果好，且初终凝时间分布合理便于施工，解决了目前碾压混凝土所面临的问题。
