The invention discloses a mounting device of a working platform for working in a pier. The mounting device comprises lifting mechanisms symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the pier and used for lifting the working platform, and a lifting mechanism arranged on the lifting mechanism on one side and used for lifting the working platform on the ground to the top of the pier and overturning the working platform into the pier. When the working platform is installed, the working platform is firstly lifted to the upper end of the pier from the ground through the lifting mechanism and overturned to the inner wall of the pier, then the lifting mechanism drives the working platform to ascend and descend in the pier until the working platform descends to the needed position, the working platform is supported in the pier, and it is guaranteed that the working platform is stable, safe and reliable; and a crane does not need to lift the working platform all the time.
