The invention discloses an asymmetric load steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge side span closure construction control method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, mounting a girder storage section steel truss girder on a side pier; s2, the upstream/downstream elevation of the steel truss girder of the cantilever section is adjusted to the upper elevation and the lower elevation are located at the same horizontal height; s3, the closure section steel truss girder is in butt joint with the cantilever section steel truss girder; s4, the first elevation and the first vertical rotation angle of the butt joint end of the closure section steel truss girder and the girder storage section steel truss girder are adjusted till the design elevation and the design vertical rotation angle are reached; s5, adjusting a second elevation, a second vertical corner, a second transverse sidewise bending amount and a second transverse corner of the butt joint end of the beam storage section steel truss girder and the closure section steel truss girder until the second elevation, the second vertical corner, the second transverse sidewise bending amount and the second transverse corner are respectively the same as the first elevation, the first vertical corner, the first transverse sidewise bending amount and the first transverse corner; and S6, the beam storage section steel truss girder and the closure section steel truss girder are in butt joint, and closure is completed. The method has the advantages that the smoothness of the steel truss girder is kept, and the closure difficulty is reduced.
