The invention provides a combined construction method for a reinforced concrete arch bridge. The combined construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a first arch seat, a second arch seat, a first arch rib and a second arch rib; obtaining a tension cable force required by a buckle cable on a swivel construction side through trial calculation and finite element simulation iteration; the buckle cables and the back wall prestressed steel beams are tensioned synchronously; the first support on the swivel construction side is dismantled; the back wall support is dismantled, and the supporting frame and the sand box at the spherical hinge are dismantled; weighing the swivel structure, and adjusting the quantity of gravels according to the weighing condition; after counterweight balance is completed, the jack at the jacking frame is dismounted; performing rotation test operation on the rotation structure; formal rotation operation is carried out on the rotation structure, and posture adjustment and linear adjustment are carried out on the rotation structure after the rotation structure is rotated in place; the supporting feet are cushioned, connecting steel bars are welded, wind-resistant cables and hinge sealing formworks are installed, and hinge sealing concrete is poured; and closure section construction is conducted. According to the method, construction terrain constraints are overcome, the construction cost is saved, and safety and quality are guaranteed.
