Intelligent health maintenance system for high-speed railway piers
The invention relates to the technical field of railway pier maintenance, in particular to a high-speed railway pier intelligent maintenance system which comprises two supporting arc-shaped frames which are symmetrically locked to an arc-shaped structure at the upper end of a pier, and each supporting arc-shaped frame is connected with a spraying component. The side face, corresponding to the bridge pier, of the supporting arc-shaped frame is provided with a locking component used for locking the supporting arc-shaped frame on the bridge pier. According to the system, all-directional spraying maintenance work can be conducted on piers of different models, meanwhile, a locking component in the system can stably lock a supporting arc-shaped frame according to an arc-shaped structure at the upper end of the pier and a connecting convex base at the top of the pier, and then the situation that a spraying pipe is loosened cannot occur; the system can be automatically controlled through the central control module to conduct timed spraying maintenance operation on the bridge pier, whether the current weather is rainy or not can be judged through the humidity sensor, the spraying maintenance operation is not conducted in the rainy weather, and the spraying maintenance operation is stopped when the rainfall situation occurs in the spraying process.
本发明涉及铁路桥墩养护技术领域,具体的是一种高速铁路桥墩的智慧养生系统,包括两个对称锁定在桥墩上端弧形结构的支撑弧形架,每个支撑弧形架上均连接有喷洒部件,所述支撑弧形架对应桥墩的侧面设置有用于将其锁定在桥墩上的锁定部件。本系统能够针对不同型号的桥墩进行全方位的喷洒养护工作,同时本系统中的锁定部件能够针对桥墩上端的弧形结构以及其顶部的连接凸座进而将支撑弧形架进行稳定的锁定,进而不会出现喷洒管松动的情况;本系统通过中控模块能够自动控制本系统对桥墩进行定时喷洒养护作业,且通过湿度传感器能够判断当前是否处于雨水天气,雨水天气时则不进行喷洒养护作业,且当喷洒过程中出现降雨情况时则停止喷洒养护作业。
