The invention belongs to the technical field of sidewalk gates, and particularly relates to an anti-pinch sidewalk gate which comprises a gate body, and a groove is formed in the side wall of the gate body; a mounting groove is formed in the top wall of the gate; a motor is arranged in the mounting groove, and the two sides of the outer circle wall of the motor are fixedly connected with the side wall of the groove through fixing rods. The output end of the motor is fixedly connected with a mounting plate; a pair of moving plates is arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting plate, and the moving plates are connected with the mounting plate through elastic assemblies; arc-shaped plates are fixedly connected to the bottom walls of the pair of moving plates, and the two arc-shaped plates are in a circular ring shape in a natural state; the invention provides an anti-pinch sidewalk brake to solve the problems that in the prior art, when an existing sidewalk brake is used, although the existing sidewalk brake is provided with an infrared anti-pinch device and other safety devices, gate pinch accidents still occur, and certain potential safety hazards exist.
