Intelligent detection method and system for compaction degree of road base
The invention discloses an intelligent detection method and system for the compaction degree of a road base, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting engineering field data, obtaining a relation curve of the moisture content and the dry density of road base filler, and obtaining the maximum dry density and the optimal moisture content according to the relation curve; step 2, determining a compactness index value of a construction section, wherein the index value is comprehensively considered and determined according to specification requirements in combination with on-site actual conditions, equipment factors of the vibratory roller and other conditions; step 3, establishing a multiple linear regression model of the ratio of the compaction degree to the frequency domain harmonic wave, the water content and the speed; and 4, the compaction condition of the construction section is detected in real time and fed back to operators in time. According to the method, the vibration signals are collected and processed, and the multiple regression model is established by using the harmonic ratio and the rolling parameters, so that the real-time monitoring and evaluation of the filling compaction degree of the road foundation are realized. The method has the characteristics of real-time performance, accuracy and intelligence, and can provide an effective quality control means for road base construction.
