A plurality of detection points in a rectangular array are arranged in the extension direction of a road to be detected; a pressure sensor is arranged on each detection point and is used for detecting the pressure change condition of each detection point in real time; all the pressure devices are started to extrude all the corresponding detection points, all the pressure sensors are made to detect and collect real-time pressure values of all the detection points at the same time, and when the pressure devices are downwards pressed to the detection depth, all the pressure sensors transmit the pressure values at the moment to the data processing center; whether the compactness of each detection point meets the requirement or not is directly judged according to the pressure value, and the average compactness and a compactness distribution diagram of the municipal road to be detected are drawn after statistical induction.
