The assembly type cofferdam is formed by splicing a plurality of foundation units up and down and left and right; the basic unit is prism concrete with a right triangle-shaped cross section; splicing grooves are formed in the foundation units along three edges of a prism respectively, and the splicing grooves are formed after the foundation units are spliced up and down to be used for arranging expansion water stop strips. A plurality of hole grooves are formed in the foundation units, the hole grooves vertically penetrate through the whole foundation units, and fixing piles penetrate through the hole grooves to limit the foundation units which are vertically spliced. According to the combined cofferdam, the basic units in modular design are adopted, cofferdams of various heights and shapes can be spliced and combined according to actual needs, the application range is wide, assembling and disassembling are convenient, the construction period is short, and the maintenance cost is low; in addition, the foundation unit is high in integrality and strong in anti-scouring capacity, the foundation unit can be reused, the influence of the construction process on the environment is small, and the marine ecological environment can be protected easily.
