The invention discloses a preparation trench construction method for submarine channel area ultra-deep back ditching, which comprises the following steps: calculating the length of a reserved submarine pipeline according to an ultra-deep burying plan and bending and effective axial force borne by the submarine pipeline, designing the length and the shape of a pre-ditching pipe gallery according to the length of the reserved submarine pipeline, channel partition and submarine geological conditions, and constructing the pre-ditching pipe gallery according to the pre-ditching pipe gallery. The method comprises the following steps: performing trench preparation construction operation of the ultra-deep trench in the submarine channel area, monitoring the operation process to obtain detection data in the operation process, and judging and analyzing whether free span and fatigue stress of the submarine pipeline exceed preset values or not according to the detection data so as to determine a trench digging correction or supplementary digging scheme. In this way, it is guaranteed that the length of the submarine pipeline falling into the pipe ditch meets the requirement for ultra-large-depth rear ditching before ultra-large-depth rear ditching, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the reserved length of the submarine pipeline can be completely immersed into the pipe gallery after ultra-large-depth rear ditching, and self-descending of a certain depth can be completed.
