TRENCH DIGGING METHOD USING FOAMING SYNTHETIC RESIN PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ditching method using a foaming synthetic resin plate which is reduced in weight, and improved in the easiness or the like of construction compared with a conventional method.SOLUTION: A bottom face of a foaming synthetic resin plate is made to adhere to, or fit to a bottom part of a trench which is formed by excavating soil, or to an upper face of base concrete which is formed by placing concrete to the bottom part, base styrene which is formed into an inverted T-shape is placed thereon, the concrete is placed so that a plurality of pieces of holding holes which are formed at both sides of a front surface and a back surface of the foaming synthetic resin plate in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the base styrene, and a plurality of pieces of holding holes which are formed at a lower part approximate to a bottom face of the foaming synthetic resin plate are embedded into the foaming synthetic resin plate, after that, soil is returned from an upper part of the concrete, and the trench is filled with the soil and solidified, thus constructing a ditch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】軽量化を図ると共に施工の容易性等を従来工法に比べ更に向上させた、発泡合成樹脂板による塀構築法を得る。【解決手段】地盤を掘削して形成した溝の底部または該底部にコンクリートを打設して形成した基礎コンクリートの上面に、発泡合成樹脂板の底面を接着または嵌着して逆T字形に成形した基礎スチロールを載置し、該基礎スチロールにおいてその長手方向と平行に前記発泡合成樹脂板の表面と裏面の両側に開けた複数個の保持穴と、前記発泡合成樹脂板においてその底面に近接した下部に開けた複数個の保持穴とが埋設するようにコンクリートを打設した後、該コンクリートの上部より土を戻して溝を埋め固めることにより塀を構築する。前記逆T字形に成形した発泡合成樹脂板と基礎スチロールとの全面には、コンクリートを打設する前に予め補強用樹脂材を塗布してコーティング処理しておく。【選択図】図6
