The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary products, and discloses an odor-preventing and deodorizing closestool which comprises a supporting base. The barrel body is fixedly mounted at the top of the supporting base; the toilet seat and the top cover are sequentially and movably mounted at the top of the left side of the toilet body from bottom to top; the air exhaust and deodorization assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the can body; the chute is formed in the upper end of the inner wall of the barrel body. Through cooperation of the filter element, the air inlet grooves and the suction pump structure, the suction pump is started, so that peculiar smell generated in the barrel body is sucked into the air suction groove through the two air inlet grooves in the upper end of the air suction groove, then discharged into the filter element inserted into the filter frame to be filtered and then discharged back into the barrel body, and therefore balance of internal air pressure is kept; and peculiar smell generated inside is purified, so that the external environment and air are kept clean and tidy, the peculiar smell possibly inhaled after long-time use is reduced, and the possibility that a user gets ill is reduced.
