The invention relates to the technical field of pipe gallery maintenance, and discloses a pipe gallery accumulated water treatment device and a using method thereof.The pipe gallery accumulated water treatment device comprises a water pumping mechanism which comprises an adapter, a square pipe communicating with the pipeline end of the adapter, a driving component arranged at the upper end of the corner of the square pipe and a telescopic component communicating with the other end of the square pipe; the hard pipe is communicated with the bottom of the telescopic component; and the drainage mechanism comprises an adjusting part and universal wheels assembled at the bottom of the adjusting part. The water pumping state in the square pipe is monitored through the floating block, the conduction assembly is repeatedly triggered through the action of buoyancy and gravity, conduction of a certain height can be quantitatively output through the segmented output assembly, finally, the corrugated pipe is stretched in a segmented mode through the stroke amplification assembly, and a water pumping opening moves along with water level lowering; and the water break gap is short, so that the phenomenon that the pump idles for a long time due to the fact that the water level is lowered can be avoided, the drainage efficiency is improved, and the service life of the pump is guaranteed.
