The invention provides a rock wool strip composite board and a building external wall thermal insulation system, and belongs to the technical field of rock wool strip composite boards. Comprising a rock wool layer which is formed by splicing a plurality of rock wool strips into a plate shape; the glass fiber net layers are positioned on two sides of the rock wool layer; the glass fiber net layer is coated with the mortar layer, the mortar layer is made of flexible polymer mortar, and the hardness range of the mortar layer is 85.2-99.8 HB. The rock wool strip composite board structure comprises an outer wall and rock wool strip composite boards attached to the outer wall, the rock wool strip composite boards are compacted on the outer wall through a composite compaction technology, the composite compaction technology comprises the steps of outer wall surface cleaning, plastering and leveling, the flatness of the outer wall is controlled to be 0-2 mm, and the thickness difference of the adjacent rock wool strip composite boards in the outer wall direction is controlled to be within 0.5 mm. The method can adapt to normal deformation of a base layer without generating cracks or hollowing; and long-term repeated action of self-weight, wind load and outdoor climate can be borne for a long time without generating harmful deformation and damage.
本发明提供一种岩棉条复合板及建筑外墙保温系统,属于岩棉条复合板技术领域;包括岩棉层,采用多条岩棉条拼接成板型;玻纤网层,位于岩棉层两侧;砂浆层,涂覆在所述玻纤网层上,且砂浆层为柔性聚合物砂浆,且砂浆层的硬度范围为85.2‑99.8HB。外墙、附着在外墙上的岩棉条复合板,所述岩棉条复合板通过复合压实工艺压实在外墙上,所述复合压实工艺包括对外墙表面清理、抹灰找平,并将外墙平整度控制在0‑2mm,且相邻岩棉条复合板沿外墙方向的厚度差控制在0.5mm以内。本发明通过能适应基层的正常变形而不产生裂缝或空鼓;能长期承受自重、风荷载和室外气候的长期反复作用而不产生有害的变形和破坏。
