The invention provides a fabricated building and a prefabricated shear wall and an assembly method thereof. The prefabricated shear wall comprises a prefabricated outer side wall body. The heat preservation layer is located on the inner side of the prefabricated outer side wall body; the prefabricated inner side wall body is located on the inner side of the heat preservation layer; the prefabricated inner and outer wall body connecting piece is pre-buried in the prefabricated shear wall, the prefabricated inner and outer wall body connecting piece is arranged on the heat preservation layer in a penetrating mode, one end of the prefabricated inner and outer wall body connecting piece is located in the prefabricated outer side wall body, and the other end of the prefabricated inner and outer wall body connecting piece is located in the prefabricated inner side wall body; wherein the prefabricated inner side wall bodies are provided with reinforcing steel bars, and the reinforcing steel bars of every two adjacent prefabricated inner side wall bodies can be connected. The prefabricated shear wall can effectively improve the construction convenience of site construction of the fabricated building.
