Prestress assembly type floor slab structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a prestressed assembly type floor slab structure and a construction method thereof.The construction method comprises the steps that prestressed tendons are arranged between structural beams, the prestressed tendons are stretched for the first time, and the prestressed tendons are anchored in the structural beams of a floor slab support after being stretched; floor precast blocks are hoisted to the installation positions in a block-by-block mode and supported on the prestressed tendons through pre-buried round steel hoisting sticks on the plate side to complete long side supporting, and meanwhile the short sides are fixed through pre-buried steel plates and structural beam angle steel supports; continuing to hoist the residual floor precast blocks, and arranging, supporting and fixing according to design requirements; and after a cast-in-place layer reinforcing mesh is laid, floor cast-in-place layer construction is completed. Therefore, on the premise that the bearing safety is met, partial factory prefabrication of the floor slab is achieved; in the construction process, the floor slab precast blocks and the structural beams are connected into a whole through the prestressed tendons so as to provide enough bearing capacity, construction of a follow-up concrete cast-in-place layer can be met, the floor slab does not need to be temporarily supported additionally, and the bearing capacity of the floor slab is enhanced while prestress is applied to the floor slab.
