The invention relates to the technical field of building structures and construction, in particular to a connecting structure of a laminated slab without ribs on the slab edge and a construction method thereof.The connecting structure comprises two adjacent prefabricated concrete bottom slabs and additional steel bars, a slab joint is formed in the connecting position between the prefabricated concrete bottom slabs, and semicircular grooves are perpendicularly formed in the prefabricated concrete bottom slabs along the two sides of the slab joint; the end of the semicircular groove is vertically provided with a fixing notch, the additional steel bar is arranged in the semicircular groove and stretches across the slab joint, the end of the additional steel bar is provided with a bent part, the bent part is placed in the fixing notch, the upper side of the precast concrete bottom slab is provided with a post-pouring concrete laminated layer, the bent part is anchored into the post-pouring concrete laminated layer, and shallow grooves are formed in the slab bottoms on the two sides of the slab joint. And the fiber composite material is fully adhered in the shallow slot in a manner of crossing the plate seam. The semicircular grooves can improve the effective anti-bending height of the section of the slab joint; and the fiber composite material is not easy to peel off and can be bidirectionally stressed to participate in section bending. And through the combined action of the two, the bearing capacity and durability of the concrete laminated slab are improved.
本发明涉及建筑结构及施工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种板边不出筋叠合板的连接结构及其建造方法,包括相邻的两块预制混凝土底板和附加钢筋,预制混凝土底板之间的连接处形成板缝,预制混凝土底板沿板缝两侧垂直设置半圆形凹槽,半圆形凹槽端部竖向设有固定槽口,附加钢筋设置在半圆形凹槽内且横跨板缝,附加钢筋的端部具有弯折部,弯折部放入固定槽口内,预制混凝土底板上侧设有后浇混凝土叠合层,弯折部锚入后浇混凝土叠合层中,在板缝两侧的板底设浅槽,纤维复材跨板缝满贴在浅槽内。本发明设置的半圆形凹槽可以提高板缝截面的有效抗弯高度;纤维复材不易剥离且能双向受力参与截面受弯。两者共同作用,提高了混凝土叠合板的承载能力和耐久性。
