The invention discloses a building template easy to bend and adjust, which comprises a template body, one end of the template body is provided with a rotating mechanism which is in running fit with the other template body so as to adjust the bending shape of a support template; the supporting seat mechanism is rotationally arranged on the lower surface of one side of the template body; the supporting rod mechanism is rotationally arranged in the middle of the surface of one side of the template body, and one end of the supporting rod mechanism is matched with the supporting seat mechanism to adjust the inclination angle of the template body; by arranging the connecting rods and the annular cylinders, the bending degree between the two formwork bodies can be conveniently adjusted, then the multiple formwork bodies can be assembled according to actual needs to achieve different bending supporting effects, by arranging the supporting rod mechanisms and the supporting seat mechanisms, it is avoided that the supports and the formwork bodies are fixed, and the supporting efficiency is improved.
