Compared with a sleeve, the cone barrel is smaller in size, lighter and more convenient to operate, the inconvenience of repeatedly moving the sleeve in a traditional construction method can be avoided, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the conical barrel plays a role in guiding and sliding-in during the installation of the sleeve, and can be automatically in place under the influence of self weight, so that the portability during operation is improved. In addition, only one observation positioning hole is formed in the construction formwork in the whole construction process, damage to the construction formwork caused by repeated trepanning and nailing in the turnover process of the construction formwork is avoided, and the turnover rate of the construction formwork is increased.
本发明涉一种穿楼板套管锥桶定位装置及施工方法,通过本发明从当前层即可有效的观测下一层套管的位置,移动锥桶即可实现套管的精准定位,避免传统施工无法观察下层的情况,同时避免了梁、柱等参考系自身位置偏差造成的套管定位偏差,直接以下一层或基层的套管作为参考提高了定位的精准度。使用锥桶相较于套管的体积更小、更轻也更便于操作,可避免传统施工方法反复挪动套管的不便,降低施工难度以提高施工效率。且锥桶在套管安装中起到导向滑入的作用,可在自重影响下自动就位,提高操作时的便携性。另外,整个施工过程仅在施工模板上开一个观测调位孔,避免施工模板在周转过程中重复开孔、钉钉子对施工模板造成的损伤,提高施工模板周转率。
