The invention provides a floor penetrating casing pipe positioning device which comprises a floor body, a hole is formed in the floor body, a casing pipe is arranged in the hole, an inner pipe is arranged in the casing pipe, the two ends of the inner pipe extend out of the casing pipe, and pipelines are arranged at the two ends of the inner pipe respectively. The floor further comprises a mounting frame, a sliding assembly, a plurality of limiting assemblies and a positioning assembly, the mounting frame is arranged on the floor body, the middle of the mounting frame is hollow, and the mounting frame corresponds to the hole in position; the sliding assembly is arranged on the inner side of the mounting frame body, and the limiting assembly can move in the length horizontal direction or the width horizontal direction of the mounting frame body through the sliding assembly; the limiting assembly is arranged on the sliding assembly and used for limiting the position of the sleeve. The positioning assembly is arranged on the side, away from the floor slab body, of the mounting frame body and used for enabling the positions of the pipeline and the inner pipe to be located on the same circle center axis. The device is accurate in positioning, manual repeated positioning is not needed, a large amount of construction time is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
