Hole protecting and positioning device
The hole protecting and positioning device comprises a support body provided with three telescopic supporting rods and a mounting table, the telescopic supporting rods are connected at the head ends in the horizontal plane and spaced by 120 degrees to form a center positioning column, and the mounting table is detachably connected to the top of the center positioning column and can rotate horizontally; the device further comprises a positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism comprises a first laser positioner arranged at the bottom of the center positioning column, and the laser emitting direction of the first laser positioner coincides with the axis of the center positioning column. The device further comprises a plurality of baffle single bodies rotationally connected to the upper end of the center positioning column in a sleeving mode, and the adjacent baffle single bodies are in lap joint to achieve hole protection. The positioning mechanism further comprises a second laser positioner and an automatic range finder which are arranged on the top of the mounting table. By the adoption of the device, objects falling from the holes from high altitudes are effectively prevented, the temporary vertical conveying channel is formed by rotating the baffle single bodies, construction is convenient, construction of the holes of different sizes is met, the hole excavation center point is accurately determined, and the positioning relation between the holes is observed.
本发明的一种孔洞防护及定位的装置,包括设有三个可伸缩支杆和安装台的支架本体,可伸缩支杆于水平面内首端相连且间隔120度以形成中心定位柱,安装台可拆卸连接于该中心定位柱顶部,且安装台可水平旋转;该装置还包括定位机构,该定位机构包括设于中心定位柱底部的第一激光定位器,其激光发射方向与中心定位柱轴线重合;该装置还包括若干可旋转套接于中心定位柱上端的挡板单体,相邻挡板单体搭接以实现孔洞防护;该定位机构还包括设于安装台顶部的第二激光定位器和自动测距仪。采用上述装置,有效防止孔洞高空坠物、旋转挡板单体形成临时垂直运输通道便于施工、满足不同尺寸孔洞的施工、准确确定孔洞开挖中心点及观测各孔洞之间定位关系。
