The cross-layer fireproof garage comprises a top plate; a bottom plate; at least one intermediate plate; at least two hollow areas; the transverse sealing device is used for selectively sealing at least part of the hollowed-out areas in the hollowed-out areas; the vertical sealing device is used for selectively and at least partially surrounding a part of the hollow-out areas in the hollow-out areas; when a fire disaster occurs and/or smoke is generated in the cross-layer fireproof garage, the hollow-out area is sealed through the transverse sealing device, so that the fireproof space above the hollow-out area and the fireproof space below the hollow-out area are located in different fireproof subareas or fireproof units; a smoke storage corridor is formed through a vertical sealing device, and at least part of the smoke flows to the smoke storage corridor and is exhausted out of the cross-layer fireproof garage through an air and smoke pipeline communicating with the smoke storage corridor.
