The cross-layer fireproof garage comprises a top plate; a bottom plate; at least one intermediate plate; at least two hollow areas; a transverse closing device; and a vertical sealing device; when a fire disaster occurs and/or smoke is generated in the cross-layer fireproof garage, the hollow-out area is sealed through the transverse sealing device, so that the fireproof space above the hollow-out area and the fireproof space below the hollow-out area are located in different fireproof subareas or fireproof units; a smoke storage corridor is formed through a vertical sealing device, and at least part of the smoke flows to the smoke storage corridor and is exhausted to the outside of the cross-layer fireproof garage through an air and smoke pipeline communicated with the smoke storage corridor; the middle plate comprises a cantilever sandwich structure, and the cantilever sandwich structure is close to at least one side of at least one hollow area in the hollow areas.
