The hidden vehicle door handle transmission structure comprises a door handle arranged in a vehicle door containing groove, and a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a third rotating shaft and an unfolding and folding driving mechanism which are arranged on a vehicle door main body; the door handle is rotationally arranged on the first rotating shaft and is provided with a pushing handle; a first pushing swing arm is rotationally arranged on the second rotating shaft; a second pushing swing arm is rotationally arranged on the third rotating shaft; the unfolding and folding driving mechanism adopts one of a mechanical telescopic mechanism and an electric telescopic mechanism and is used for driving the first pushing swing arm to rotate and driving the door handle to rotate so that the door handle can be pre-opened, then the door handle is pulled by hand to continue to rotate outwards and drive the second pushing swing arm to rotate, and then the vehicle door can be opened. The common transmission structure design of the mechanical pre-opening door handle and the electric pre-opening door handle is achieved.
