The invention relates to an underwater maintenance method for a butterfly valve of a dock gate. The underwater maintenance method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a water filling nozzle maintenance cover; a dock gate water injection port is blocked by an overhaul cover; replacing a damaged electric transmission part of the electric butterfly valve; and the butterfly valve maintenance process is optimized. According to the underwater maintenance method for the butterfly valve of the dock gate, the maintenance cover is manufactured to block the water injection opening, so that the butterfly valve is normally maintained underwater under the condition that the dock gate is normally used, the production progress can be guaranteed, the period of feeding the dock gate into the dock to be repaired is shortened, and the use of the dock gate is guaranteed to the maximum extent; and feasibility reference is provided for follow-up maintenance of facilities of other equipment in the dock gate, the existing hidden danger problem is solved, and the maintenance cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种船坞坞门蝶阀的水下维修方法，包括以下步骤：注水口检修罩制作；在坞门注水口处用检修罩封堵；调换电动蝶阀损坏的电动传动部分；优化蝶阀维修工艺。本发明的船坞坞门蝶阀的水下维修方法，通过制作检修罩封堵注水口，实现在船坞坞门正常使用的情况下在水下正常完成蝶阀的维修，不仅能够保障生产的进度，节约把坞门送进船坞内修理的周期，最大程度地保证坞门的使用，也为后续坞门内其他设备的设施的维修提供了可行性参考，解决了存在的隐患问题，节约了维修成本。
