According to the polycarboxylic acid slow-release mother liquor provided by the invention, the performance of the slow-release mother liquor can be obviously improved through self-made synthesized small-molecular ester monomers and introduction of the small-molecular ester monomers into a carboxylic acid structure. The prepared polycarboxylic acid slow-release mother liquor has good dispersing performance, slump retaining effect and water reducing efficiency, is applied to concrete, and has the excellent characteristics of low mixing amount, high water reducing rate, high slump retaining performance and the like.
