The polycarboxylic acid slump retaining mother liquor is wider in adaptability and better in slump retaining effect; different branched chains are introduced into the side chain of the slump retaining mother liquor, and are hydrolyzed in a concrete alkaline environment to generate an effective group carboxyl of the water reducer, so that the continuous release capacity of the product is ensured.
