The construction method comprises the steps that the support, the vertical steel truss, the transverse steel truss and the vertical pull rod are sequentially installed, and then the inner-layer glass curtain wall is installed; and then, a top support and a bottom support are installed on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse steel truss correspondingly, a roller shutter assembly is installed on the top support, all the flexible solar power generation panels are connected through wires, and finally the outer-layer hollow glass curtain wall on the outer side is installed. The method has the characteristic that the energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
