Fabricated wall grouting device
The fabricated wall grouting device comprises a base, a pressurizing tank and an adjusting stud, one end of the pressurizing tank communicates with the bottom of a material storage cavity through a connecting hose, one end of the adjusting stud penetrates through a first fixing base and is connected with the output end of an adjusting motor, and the adjusting stud is driven to rotate by starting the adjusting motor; when the adjusting stud rotates, the nut seat is driven to move, the nut seat moves to drive the booster jar to move forwards through one set of connecting columns, and when the booster jar moves, the other set of connecting columns and the stable sliding seat connected with the connecting columns also move along with the connecting columns; therefore, it can be guaranteed that the booster tank keeps stable when moving outwards, the discharging port can be adjusted to be closer to the position of a wall to be poured so that the using length of the grouting hose can be shortened, the labor intensity of a user can be reduced, and then the grouting hose is installed outside the spiral connector in a sealed mode so that use can be convenient.
本发明公开装配式墙体注浆装置,包括底座、增压罐和调节螺柱,增压罐的一端通过连接软管与储料腔底部相连通,调节螺柱的一端贯通第一固定座并连接调节电机的输出端,通过启动调节电机带动调节螺柱转动,调节螺柱转动时带动螺母座位移,螺母座位移通过一组连接柱带动增压罐向前移动,在增压罐移动的同时,另一组连接柱和与之连接的稳定滑座也随之位移,而由于稳定滑座在辅助定位柱外部滑动,因此能够保证增压罐向外位移时保持稳定,可将出料口调节至更靠近待浇筑的墙体位置,以剪短注浆软管的使用长度,从而来减少使用者的劳动强度,再将注浆软管密封安装在螺旋接口外部,以方便使用。
