High-efficiency and high-strength ultrafast laser welding method for transparent material
The invention provides a transparent material high-efficiency ultrafast laser welding method which specifically comprises the steps that welding materials are stacked and clamped by a clamp; ultrafast laser is adjusted, the laser is focused by a single lens and then interacts with the material, the front-section laser focuses on the surface of the material to form plasma, the plasma expands outwards in a hemispherical shape, an optical interface is formed at the front end, subsequent laser is reflected when passing through the optical interface, and reflected light interferes with non-reflected light; a concentric annular light path is formed on the surface of the material; an ultrafast laser focus is adjusted to be placed at a specific position, the materials are heated and fused under the action of concentric annular light spots, then the materials above are heated and fused through heat conduction, mutual fusion and connection of the two materials are achieved, and a concentric annular welding structure is formed; and the ultrafast laser is used for welding according to a specified path. The high-pulse-energy ultrafast laser can be used for welding, the advantages of high efficiency and simplicity are achieved, and high-quality, high-strength and high-efficiency transparent material welding can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种透明材料高效率超快激光焊接方法,具体包括:将焊接材料叠放,并由夹具夹持;调节超快激光,激光由单透镜聚焦后与材料相互作用,前段激光聚焦材料表面形成等离子体,等离子体呈半球状向外膨胀,在前端形成光学界面,后续激光经过光学界面时发生反射,反射光与未反射光发生干涉,从而在材料表面形成同心圆环形光路;调节超快激光焦点置于特定位置,在同心圆环形光斑作用下材料加热并熔融,随后通过热传导加热并融化上方材料,实现两种材料的互融与连接,并呈同心圆环形焊接结构;超快激光按照指定路径进行焊接。本发明能够将高脉冲能量超快激光用于焊接,具有高效、简单的优点,且能够实现高质量、高强度、高效率透明材料焊接。
