Preparation method of high-strength and high-toughness shell-imitated transparent composite material
The invention belongs to the field of materials, and relates to the technical fields of nanomaterial science, bionics, optics and the like, in particular to a preparation method of a high-strength and high-toughness shell-imitated transparent composite material. Graphene oxide-silicon dioxide nanosheets are obtained through a liquid phase synthesis method, then the shell-imitating composite material is prepared by means of vacuum-assisted suction filtration, and finally the high-strength and high-toughness shell-imitating transparent composite material is prepared through sintering. The specific method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing graphene oxide with a silicon source to prepare a graphene oxide-silicon dioxide nanosheet dispersion liquid; (2) preparing a sintering aid solution, and dissolving an organic matter adhesive at the same time; (3) mixing the dispersion liquid in the step (1) and the solution in the step (2) to form slurry, and performing vacuum-assisted suction filtration to obtain a composite film; and (4) carrying out high-temperature sintering on the film obtained in the step (3) to finally realize the preparation of the high-strength and high-toughness shell-imitating transparent composite material.
本发明属于材料领域,涉及纳米材料学、仿生学、光学等技术领域,具体涉及一种高强高韧仿贝壳透明复合材料的制备方法。本发明通过液相合成法得到氧化石墨烯‑二氧化硅纳米片,然后借助真空辅助抽滤制备得到仿贝壳复合材料,最后通过烧结制备得到了一种高强高韧仿贝壳透明复合材料。具体方法是:(1)将氧化石墨烯与硅源混合制备得到氧化石墨烯‑二氧化硅纳米片分散液;(2)配制烧结助剂溶液,同时溶解有机物粘接剂;(3)将(1)中分散液与(2)中溶液混合形成浆料,通过真空辅助抽滤得到复合薄膜;(4)将(3)得到的薄膜进行高温烧结,最终实现了高强高韧仿贝壳透明复合材料的制备。
