The novel synchronous grouting material is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 1650-1700 parts of matrix slurry, 13-26 parts of an early strength agent and 1.1-2.2 parts of a thickening agent, the early strength agent is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 0.08-0.12 part of triethanolamine, 2.5-5.6 parts of calcium chloride and the balance of water glass. The initial setting time of the slurry can be shortened, the early strength of the slurry can be improved, meanwhile, the later strength of the slurry can be effectively guaranteed, then the purposes of controlling pipe piece floating and stratum settlement are achieved, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
